Containerships participates Transport Logistic, the World’s leading trade fair for logistics and transport, also this year. The event takes place from 9th to 12th May 2017 in Munich, Germany.
At this year’s fair, Containerships proudly presents the Europe’s first supply chain based completely on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), to be launched in 2018. Company’s LNG Strategy for more sustainable and profitable logistics will take a remarkable step forward next year, when the totality of four newbuilt LNG fuelled container vessels enter operations. Currently, Containerships operates over 40 LNG fuelled trucks, and in 2020 the number is targeted to be around 200. Already in 2017, the LNG truck fleet will be supported by Company’s own LNG refuelling station in the UK.
Besides the unique LNG solutions, guests visiting Containerships’ booth can learn more about the efficient and reliable door-to-door logistic services provided with more than 50 years of experience. Containerships’ team is happy to help with any requests for transporting goods around Europe, Central Asia and Northern Africa.
