Containerships has been awarded the Best sea line of the year 2016 by the Baltic freight forwarder company Sonora.
Sonora nominates the Year’s Sea line annually, and for 2016 the freight forwarder emphasized successful collaborations, communication and opportunities in future business and development as the principal criteria for the winner. The selection of the winning operator was determined by several departments that collaborate on daily basis with shipping lines.
“The Sea Line Containerships has proven over the course of many years that it can maintain permanently high quality, improving and adjusting it to the requirements of our company over the years. Our employees have given high evaluation to the expedience of Containerships actions in processing our orders and their professional assistance in finding solutions while developing the traffic routes”, confirms Normunds Volbets, the Director of Business Development of Sonora.
Also, the Country Manager of SIA Containerships, Kristaps Jakovlevs, acknowledges the stable and proficient collaboration with Sonora in the Baltics: “A reciprocal dialogue we have achieved with Sonora throughout the year has, in my opinion, provided excellent results”.
Being awarded the previous year, Containerships continues striving for excellent customer service and competitively low expenses also in 2017 and onwards. Long term collaboration with co-operators is one of Containerships’ key assets to keep achieving these goals.
